How did Hadana Kids Care come into being?
Hadana Kids Care was born from a shared passion for children and a powerful idea to make a real impact. It is the fruit of a unique collaboration between three driven people: Halima, with more than 15 years of experience and a deep love for childcare; Samira, with extensive expertise in guiding families and children, with a focus on safety, well-being and personal growth; and Said, who uses his strategic vision and network to bridge the gap to valuable partners and opportunities outside the daycare center. With his extensive knowledge of both the Benelux and Morocco, he focuses on the operational and organizational aspects, so that Hadana Kids Care can continue to grow and innovate.
Together we have realized one dream: creating a place where children are surrounded by love and attention, and where they can grow, discover and flourish safely. At Hadana Kids Care, everything revolves around connection. We believe in a world in which children are given a solid foundation to face the future with confidence – regardless of their background or situation.

My name is Samira Oulmourif, born in Amsterdam and a proud mother. With over twenty years of experience in Dutch care, I have specialized in supporting children and ensuring their well-being. Throughout my career, I have worked in various sectors, always working closely with parents to create a safe and stable environment in which children can develop optimally.
As co-founder of Hadana, I use my extensive expertise and passion to create a place where children can develop both emotionally and socially. As a mother, I understand from my own experience how important it is to find a place where you can leave your child with confidence. At Hadana, we offer a safe, warm environment where children feel heard and understood, so that parents can trust that their children are in good hands.
It is a privilege to use my experience and dedication to the new generation in Morocco. I am proud that by supporting children, I contribute to laying a solid foundation for their future.
Halima Khardi

My name is Halima Khardi, an enthusiastic and driven woman with a deep passion for childcare. Born and raised in Amsterdam, I cherish my Moroccan roots, which play an important role in my identity.
With more than 15 years of experience in childcare and as a freelancer throughout the Netherlands, I have gathered a wealth of knowledge and insights. My passion is creating a warm, safe environment where children can grow and flourish. Now I want to use my expertise to give children the care and love they deserve.
For both young and old, I am a listening ear, always ready to support and inspire.
