Hadana Care stands for involvement. You can always contact our close-knit team of employees for questions or suggestions. There is plenty of room for input from parents at all our locations. After all, you know better than anyone what your child benefits from. We therefore see that parents are committed and take an active role in the parent committees. We simply like to involve you as a parent in the ins and outs of Hadaa Care. In this way, we can make our care even better suited to your wishes.
‘Provide emotional safety’
Through a lot of personal contact, the daily transfer, cozy parent drinks and the Konnect app, parents are closely involved in the care and development of their child. At Hadana Care we attach great value to your participation and discussion, you will also be given every opportunity to do so. In this way we can continue to improve our services.
Parent Portal
We keep parents informed of their child's activities via text messages throughout the day. You will receive a notification when new photos of your child have been posted and when a daily report has been posted. Parents can also receive a (reminder) message to fill in the holiday planning or activities. This way we create continuous contact with our parents.
‘Working together with parents’
Hadana Care has its own parent committee. The interests of parents are represented within this committee. The parent committee helps think about practical matters, but also about more policy-related matters, such as pedagogical policy and nutritional policy. We meet several times a year to discuss these matters.
The parent committee not only has a supporting and advisory role, but the committees also help organize informative parent evenings and festive activities. The tasks and powers of the parent committees are laid down in the parent committee regulations.
